Media Center Remodel (Request for Proposals)

Description: Work include remodeling the existing media center to create 4 new offices, reception and entry vestibule. Selective demolition including flooring, lay-in ceilings, stud half walls, opening in cmu exterior wall hvac, lighting and power. Installation of new insulated, metal stud and gypsum partition wall, new wood doors and hm frames, infill using cmu as required, new exterior and interior windows, painting, floor finishes, new acp ceilings as indicated, new lighting and power outlets, new ductwork, grilles, diffusers and wall heaters.
