The project generally consists of the construction of a pre-engineered metal administrative facility including structural foundation and slab systems, covered porches, architectural storefront systems, fixed glazing, plumbing rough-ins, walker duct systems, cedar architectural elements, an insulated overhead door with wall-mounted jackshaft operator, gutters and downspouts, and associated work necessary to provide a complete building shell in accordance with the contract documents.
