Roof Replacement RFP
The Texas Military Department is soliciting turnkey roof replacement work for Buildings 26, 45, 64, and 64A including removal of existing shingles, replacement of damaged decking and fascia, installation of synthetic underlayment, new drip edges, flashing, pipe boots, and 30-year three-tab asphalt shingles. The procurement is an Invitation for Bid (Solicitation ID TMD26-FMO-0043405) with attachments including the IFB solicitation document, mandatory pricing sheet, and department terms and conditions; mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting are scheduled for 08/20/2026.
