Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Roof Replacement, includes: 1. Clean and prep the existing roof membrane for roof replacement. 2. Remove the existing roof membrane from all roof walls, curbs, and roof penetrations. 3. Install a fully adhered rubber system, or comparable metal gauge standing seam roof system, in accordance with standard specification details. 4. Installation bids should include flashing of all roof penetrations in a watertight manner, fabrication and installation of gravel stop and drip edges at all required locations, and removal of project debris from site.
