Mass Email Communication Platform - (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide a unified, enterprise-wide mass email and digital communications platform. ISU colleges and departments currently use independent or free tools, resulting in inconsistent branding, increased costs, fragmented analytics, and decentralized data governance. Through this RFP we intend to identify a scalable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective platform capable of supporting broad institutional communication needs such as campuswide announcements, departmental updates, constituent engagement, and automated transactional messaging.
