The Colorado Community College System is seeking a master developer or development team for the redevelopment of its approximately 145-acre Lowry Campus in Colorado. The selected developer is expected to create a cohesive, phased mixed-use vision for the site, which straddles Denver and Aurora and includes approximately 136 acres anticipated to become available for redevelopment by the end of 2028. JLL is serving as the exclusive real estate advisor to the Colorado Community College System, and proposals are due November 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST.
