Description: Work consists of the following furnishing and installing approx 1,745 LF of 10" PVC water main; 755 LF of 8" PVC water main; 2,275 LF of 6" water main; 19 EA of gate valves of various sizes, 7 EA of fire hydrants complete; 54 water service laterals complete to house; 54 meter pits, 15 water service laterals to the existing curb stop, abandonment of existing water main and valves, 2,770 LF of 12" PVC gravity sewer main, 2,125 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer main; including 23 sewer manholes (totaling 251 VF) complete, 54 sewer laterals complete to the house, 17 sewer laterals to the existing cleanout, 158 sewer lateral cleanouts and frames, abandonment of existing sewer main and manholes, 25,000 SY of 1.5" mill and overlay, 1,565 CY of 8" GABC, 9,175 SY of 4.5" bituminous concrete pavement “Type B” base course, pavement striping, marking and symbols, 815 SF of thermoplastic crosswalk, 4 crosswalk crossing signs, 6 new ADA ramps, and removal and replacement of 9 ADA ramps, and site restoration and appurtenances.
