Like-for-like replacement of the existing, largely fluorescent- and compact fluorescent-based, luminaires throughout the basement, first, second, third, fourth, and fifth levels, with new led-type luminaires. Luminaire types, quantities, and approximate locations are identified on these drawings. Some areas, including mechanical rooms and areas where recent renovations have been performed, are excluded from this scope of work.
