Managed Information Technology Services (Request For Proposal)

Description: The City desires to appoint a qualified vendor to provide Managed Information Technology Service to evaluate the state of the City’s current network and equipment and information technology policies and procedures; make recommendations for improvements, modifications and changes; repair, service, and maintain computer system equipment software and operation systems and related peripheral devices; manage VPN and Cyber Security; perform professional work, which includes development, implementation and maintenance of multi-network, multi-user Local Area Networks, (LAN), Wireless Local Area Networks (WLAN), Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN, and/or Wide Area Networks (WAN); maintain centralized, decentralized, and remote network services; maintain network security and data integrity; provide consultations and recommendations to the municipal administration as required to troubleshoot and resolve network problems; and, monitor overall performance and conduct upgrades as required and authorized.
