Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, issued Solicitation W912DS26BA028 for maintenance dredging of the Sandy Hook Federal Navigation Channel in New York Harbor. The proposed work will remove approximately 190,000 cubic yards of selected critical shoals from the Sandy Hook Channel using a mechanical dredge with clamshell bucket, transporting the dredged material to the Sea Bright Offshore Borrow Area (SBOBA) about five miles southeast of Sandy Hook Point, NJ. The contract value is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, with offers due August 18, 2026.
