The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) New England Region, Acquisition Management Division intends to hire a construction contractor to implement and enhance security and esthetics around the Harry S Truman (HST) Streetscape Construction building in Washington, DC. The work covers approximately 162,000 square feet of civil/site construction, including sidewalks, curb and gutter, and utilities, and requires four phases for completion. The renovation will replace temporary security measures with tested countermeasures intended to secure the building, protect employees and visitors, and improve the surrounding streetscape for pedestrians.
