Description: The City of San Bernardino’s Community Development and Housing Department invites applications for FY 2027-2028 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding. The City anticipates approximately $2,600,000 in CDBG funding and $256,500 in ESG funding, subject to final HUD allocations. Funding will support eligible community development activities benefiting low- and moderate-income residents, community improvements, and services addressing homelessness and housing instability. Refer to the attached NOFA package for applicant eligibility, eligible activities, application requirements, and evaluation criteria.
