Mahaska Health PET CT Remodel (Request for Statement of Qualifications)

Description: The project scope consists of an approx. 1,600 SF remodel of an existing administrative space to form a new PET CT Suite. The Suite includes a PET/CT room, Hot Lab, 2 Uptake rooms, Control Room, and a new restroom. Scopes are expected to include: light gauge framing, interior finishes, doors, casework, glazing, lead lining, flooring, automatic fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage. Trade packages: BP 01 - General construction, BP 02 - Flooring, BP 03 - Plumbing/automatic fire suppression, BP 04 - HVAC and controls, BP 05 - Electrical, fire alarm, and low voltage.
