Mackenzie Fire Base Feasibility Study and Infrastructure Assessment

Description: The Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Forests, BC Wildfire Service seeks qualified consulting firms to conduct a feasibility study and infrastructure assessment of the Mackenzie Fire Base at 800 Airport Road in Mackenzie. The assessment will review the facility’s condition, functionality, regulatory compliance, operational requirements, infrastructure capacity, and architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and building envelope systems. The selected consultant will identify deficiencies and upgrade needs, evaluate renewal and improvement options, and provide recommendations and cost estimates for future capital planning.
