Description: The Maryland Department of General Services is soliciting a qualified master contractor to replace steam boiler header pipework at the Maryland Military Department’s Fifth Regiment Armory in Baltimore. The work includes replacing steam valves, pipework, insulation, traps, vents, and related components, with an estimated contract value of $1 million to $2.5 million and a 540-calendar-day completion period. Only eligible contractors holding the specified Central Region IQC may submit bids, which are due electronically by October 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with a 15% MBE participation goal.
