The work includes replacing steam valves, pipework, insulation, traps, vents, and related components, with an estimated contract value of $1 million to $2.5 million and a 540-calendar-day completion period. Only eligible contractors holding the specified Central Region IQC may submit bids, which are due electronically by October 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with a 15% MBE participation goal.
