LWAC Metal Re-Roof RFP

Description: Work includes remove the existing shingle roof system down to the decking. Repair all saturated or otherwise structurally damaged decking. Up to 2 sheets of plywood are included free if needed to repair decking in the field. Up to 32 lf of tongue-and-groove beadboard is included to repair rotted areas of decking on the overhang, to keep as close to the original look as possible. Any additional will be an additional charge. Install high-temperature self-adhering underlayment. Install new eave drip. Remove and replace all attic ventilation, exhaust vents, and pipe flashing applicable to the site. Install approximately 30 of wall flashing with counter flashing at brick wall above entryway. Install 26g rib metal roof system. Color: galv. Install a permanent roof anchor. Replacement of 4 sections of gutter, 56 , with 7 k-style gutter and new downspouts.
