LVRC - Exit Gate Replacement RFP

Description: Qualified contractors to provide an exit gate replacement. Gate must meet UL325 compliant. Remove exiting gate, post electrical box and hydraulic supply lines concrete & asphalt, chain link fence. Install a new 24ft chain link double swing gate to match existing height. Set new 6" gate post, 6ga. 2" mesh chain link infilled, 2" sch-40 round galvanized frame, with heavy duty greaseable hinges. Install (3) rows of barbed wire on top of new gate. Pour new concrete pad for new operators. Installed 2-HDSW24UL gate operators with battery backup. Install in ground safety loops & exit loops, photo eye, LIFTMASTER 1300libs. Mag lock, operators bolted to new concrete pad.
