The City of Westminster is installing new waterlines under Lowell Boulevard between 88th and 97th avenues, and a sewer line within Sunset Open Space to replace an undersized sanitary sewer section. The project also includes transportation improvements, including signal upgrades at 92nd Avenue and Lowell Boulevard. The waterline work is intended to improve reliability in areas where existing lines are undersized or aging.
