Lott Hall Chiller Rental RFP

Description: The Contractor shall provide one (or two) temporary chiller(s) with chilled water pump(s) capable of meeting at least 90 total tons of chilled water demand. Also, shall provide blank flanges and shut off valves for temporary chiller hookup to chilled water return and supply piping. Shall coordinate with 81 CES Energy EMCS to ensure EMCS control interface is operational per 81 CES Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance personnel. The existing controls for this building are Metasys by Johnson Controls International (JCI). Shall include surge protection on all new large equipment such as chillers and air handlers.
