Long Hill Drive Roadway Improvements from White Oak Ridge Rd. to Parsonage Hill Rd. Phase I

Description: The Township of Millburn is soliciting sealed construction bids—not grant applications—for Phase I roadway improvements from White Oak Ridge Road to Parsonage Hill Road under the FY 2025 NJDOT Municipal Aid Project. The work covers approximately 18,500 LF on 15 streets and includes milling and resurfacing, granite curb and driveway-apron repairs, barrier-free curb ramps, drainage upgrades, pavement reconstruction, markings, and restoration, plus curb and gutter-swale work on five streets totaling approximately 7,500 LF.
