Little Miami Interceptor Sluice Gate Replacement and Relocation

Description: The City of Cincinnati, through its Department of Sewers, is seeking qualifications for professional engineering and related consulting services to replace and relocate an aging 72-inch sluice gate at the Little Miami Interceptor near Wilmer and Beechmont Avenue. The work covers planning, design, and construction support, including modeling, inspections, permitting, cost estimating, construction administration, testing, SCADA development, training, and post-construction monitoring, under a five-year term with two one-year extensions. The solicitation has a 13% Small Business Enterprise inclusion goal and responses are due September 29, 2026.
