Exit Gate Replacement (Request for proposals)

Description: Qualified contractors to provide exit gate replacement. Contractor is also responsible for properly disposing of all materials that have been removed from this project. Gate must meet UL325 compliant. Remove existing gate, post, electrical box and hydraulic supply lines concrete & asphalt, chain link fence. Install a new 24FT chain link double swing gate to match existing height. Set new 6" gate post, 6ga. 2" mesh chain link infilled, 2" sch-40 round galvanized frame, with heavy duty greaseable hinges. Install (3) rows of barbed wire on top of new gate. Pour new concrete pad for new operators. Install 2-HDSW24UL gate operators with battery backup. Install in ground safety loops & exit loops, photo eye, LIFTMASTER 1300libs. Mag lock, operators bolted to new concrete pad.
