Literacy Screeners and Diagnostics

Description: The Louisiana Department of Education is soliciting applications to identify and approve organizations with demonstrated expertise in literacy screeners for grades 4-12, literacy diagnostic assessments for grades K-12, and professional learning to support implementation across Louisiana school systems. The purpose is to establish a vetted pool of providers to support coherent, evidence-aligned literacy assessment systems and strengthen educators’ capacity to use assessment data to inform instruction and intervention. The solicitation includes instructions to access full solicitation documents and any addenda on the Louisiana Procurement and Contract Network (LaPAC).
