LinkUS Program Support Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering/architectural firms and program management advisory firms (Project ID 2026-RFQ-049) to provide general professional A/E and program management advisory services in support of the LinkUS program. Services under this RFQ may include transit planning, architectural and engineering design, construction administration and inspection, program oversight and controls, materials testing, and commissioning. COTA encourages Statements of Qualifications from firms and teams that bring a diverse range of skills and disciplines to support the full scope of program needs.
