Legal Services / Town Attorney (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking qualified attorneys and legal law firms licensed to practice law in the State of New York to provide professional legal services and serve as Town Attorney for the Town. The Town Attorney/Law Firm selected will serve as general legal counsel to the Town Council and municipal officers. Duties include but are not limited to: attendance at regular and special board meetings, drafting and reviewing local laws, resolutions, and contracts, advising on municipal law, handling routine litigation, and providing general legal advice as needed.
