The tower is not believed to have been reconditioned since constructed. Project includes: 1. Cleaning, abrasive blasting, and painting all interior wet and exterior surfaces and spot repairing the interior dry surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Out-of-service schedule to start on June 29, 2026 and end by September 5, 2026.
