Legal Services (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in serving in the role of title attorney in support of a planned wastewater system improvement project that will include the rehabilitation of lift stations, manholes, and lines in the existing collection system. It is estimated that successful completion of this project will require the acquisition of fourteen temporary construction easements, six permanent easements, and four properties.
