Work includes replace five (5) existing roof mounted exhaust fans and four (4) make-up air dampers.
Description: Provide the complete replacement of sixteen (16) HVAC rooftop units and associated mechanical equipment, including exhaust fans, and the removal and replacement of the existing Core I lower roof. Work includes removal of all roofing materials down to the structural deck and installation of a new flat roofing system. The CONTRACTOR shall also perform all related and incidental work, including coordination with mechanical systems and restoration of the existing lightning protection system.
