Services will include administration of federally required Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) leave, the PORT Paid Family and Medical Leave (PPFML) program, and the PORT’S Paid Parental Leave (PPL) program, including eligibility determinations, leave tracking, employee communications, and related compliance activities.
