Project consists of but not limited to exterior siding & trim replacement, new exterior rigid insulation board, window extension jambs and trim for the new exterior rigid insulation, selective flooring upgrade with new luxury vinyl plank flooring in bedrooms, offices and hallways, new fully accessible kitchens with new kitchen cabinets & solid surface countertops, parking & driveway landscape improvements, selective interior painting of common areas and halls, bedrooms and exterior, new hot water heater forest ave, fix structural crack at the concord ave kitchen, remove 2 bathtubs & replace with roll-in showers & new flooring (one in each building), and new window installation to replace the existing 28 year old windows with new energy efficient windows.
