Description: The City of Baltimore is seeking the lowest-price contractor to provide Lead Hazard Reduction Program and Healthy Homes interventions at low-income residences for its Department of Housing and Community Development. Work includes lead-paint removal and disposal, repainting, possible replacement of leaded windows and doors, cleanup, and other hazard-reduction measures addressing hazards such as mold, allergens, asthma, carbon monoxide, radon, home safety, and integrated pest management. This is an open Invitation to Bid for a requirements-type service contract—not a grant application—with work ordered as needed and bids due September 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
