Description: The City of Baltimore is seeking the lowest-price contractor to provide Lead Hazard Reduction Program and Healthy Homes interventions at low-income residences for its Department of Housing and Community Development. Work includes lead-paint removal and disposal, repainting, possible replacement of leaded windows and doors, cleanup, and other hazard-reduction measures addressing hazards such as mold, allergens, asthma, carbon monoxide, radon, home safety, and integrated pest management.
