Pick up - Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing and Contracts Division, Fourth Floor, Las Vegas, NV 89106. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., via WebEx. The WebEx information for this conference is listed under the Activities tab on Nevada Government eMarketplace (NGEM) website. If your firm is unfamiliar with the County Bid Submittal procedures and would like to obtain training on the submittal process for this Bid, please contact Cain Gomez, Purchasing Analyst, at (702) 455-4258 no later than TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2026, and a training session will be provided immediately following the pre-bid conference referenced above. Bids will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website or manually at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing and Contracts Division, Fourth Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106, on or before MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2026, at 3:00:00 p.m., based on the time clock at the Clark County Purchasing and Contracts front desk.
