Labeling Pilot for FDF Country of Origin, API Country of Origin, and KSM Country of Origin for Pharmaceutical Products RFP

Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical Supply Chain is conducting market research to identify U.S. or international pharmaceutical manufacturers willing to participate in a labeling pilot program. The proposed pilot focuses on a selected subset of generic pharmaceutical products purchased by DLA Troop Support Medical and explores voluntary label data identifying the country of origin of the finished dosage form (FDF), each active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), and each key starting material (KSM) needed to produce each API. The notice is a Sources Sought request for information and planning purposes, not a grant program or a commitment by the Government to a future acquisition.
