Description: The City of Kyle is soliciting sealed bids for the Full Works Package expansion of its wastewater treatment plant, following the Early Works Package. The work includes new grit removal, odor-control, storage, and CMU-wall facilities plus extensive upgrades to headworks, aeration, clarifiers, pumping, disinfection, metering, digesters and blowers, SCADA, and existing package plants, ultimately supporting 9.0 MGD.
