ELECTRONIC MONITORING RFP
The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security, Division of Administrative Services, is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation for an open-end contract for electronic monitoring services. The requested scope includes 1,500 GPS monitoring bracelets, 60 keys/key sets, 100 alcohol-monitoring units, plus a 24/7 monitoring facility, data control and storage, staff, a web-based monitoring system, alerts, reports, mapping/software, and support. The contract has a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options, and bids close October 15, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. EDT.
