Description: Commissioning of the VA Hospital. The commissioning efforts will apply to the following phases: Developing and maintaining the Owner?s Project Requirements (OPR)Development and review of commissioning plan Development and review of commissioning specifications Review of Design Analysis (DA), also known as Basis of Design (BOD)Participating in design reviews Development of testing procedures Review of construction submittals On-site inspections and observations Review of systems manuals Participation in training and training plans Maintaining issues logs and ensuring resolution Reviewing pre-functional, start-up procedures, and checklists Participation in functional performance tests, integrated tests, and black start test Reviewing trend logs and verifying performance Seasonal testing and coordinated warranty review Gathering lessons learned Assisting in implementation of operations and maintenance of the new facilities.
