Kerr Powerhouse - Quantity 2 – Peerless Pump with motor, Model 8HXB, or equivalent; Philpott Powerhouse - Quantity 2 – American Marsh Pump with motor, Model 8KC, or equivalent; Philpott Powerhouse - Quantity 1 - American Marsh Pump with motor, Model 10YC, or equivalent.
