Janitorial Service for Roanoke Island Festival Park

Description: The North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, on behalf of Roanoke Island Festival Park, seeks a qualified vendor to provide janitorial services for the park’s buildings and restrooms. The work includes five-day-per-week cleaning of approximately 33,423 square feet, including public areas, restrooms, offices, kitchens, and other facilities, along with window and emergency cleaning.
