Large Diameter Main and Valve Program Job Order Contract (Request For Qualification)
Provide an on-call basis to provide large diameter main and valve program job order contracting (joc) services; performing water main shutdowns, isolations, controlled startups, and associated dewatering, filling, flushing, and disinfection; leak detection, continuity testing, operability verification, and other condition assessment tasks; inspection and evaluation of pccp assets, valves, operators, actuators, air release valves (arvs), gearboxes, manholes, vaults, and appurtenances; excavation, exposure, shoring, trench safety, and dewatering to access assets (all depths, including beyond 20'); repair and replacement of gate, butterfly, and specialty valves (2-108"), operators, actuators, and extensions.
