Description: The City of Vancouver seeks bids to improve Garrison Road with sidewalk infill along its east side and bike lanes between Mill Plain Boulevard and NE 12th Street, including an enhanced RRFB crossing at NE 9th Street and two new street lights. Work includes roadway excavation, stormwater and water utility work, paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, traffic control, pavement markings, illumination, landscaping, and related improvements.
