INVITATION TO BID

Description: The City of Meadville is soliciting sealed bids to replace both the upper and lower roof surfaces, along with associated structural work, at the historic Meadville Market House located at 910 Market Street, Meadville, PA 16335. Bid packages can be reviewed or obtained from Eos Studio arc, llc, in Pittsburgh, or by email or telephone, and a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for August 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids must be received at 894 Diamond Park by 2:00 pm on September 14, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
