Invitation to Bid #27-26

Description: Sealed bids for Main Room & Kitchenette Flooring Replacement at the Clinton Community Building located at 501 Campanella in Sikeston Bid# 27-26 will be received by the City of Sikeston, Department of Public Works, 105 E. Center Street, Sikeston, MO 63801, until 10:30 A.M. CST, on November 19TH, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the CD Matthews Room at Sikeston City Hall. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened. The Scope of Work for this Flooring Project includes but is not limited to, the removal of existing wood, carpet and tile, supply and installation of approximately 3,950 square feet of new 20 mil LVT flooring, supply and installation of trim at bottom of wall, the supply and installation of 6" of base and leveling of base.
