Description: The Town of Lake Park is requesting written bids from qualified contractors to construct a reinforced concrete pad (approximately 30 feet by 60 feet, 12-inch thick) for a proposed enclosed heavy equipment storage structure on 12th Street, Lake Park, Florida. The selected contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, traffic control, testing, and incidentals necessary for the project, including site preparation to achieve a stable subgrade and base. The work shall be performed in accordance with signed and sealed engineered plans as required by the Town and permitting authority.
