Seeking advisers who can demonstrate extensive experience, particularly in managing public sector portfolios with significant fixed-income allocations and, where applicable, diversified equity investment, to provide certain services related to the investment of municipal funds, including the execution of securities purchases/sales, investment advice, investment reporting, and review of the City’s investment policies and procedures.
