Interpretation System RFP

Description: Charles County Public Schools is issuing a competitive RFP—not a grant program—to enhance World Language instruction through authentic video content and instructional activities. The selected vendor will provide a digital platform with video libraries, pre-created lessons, learner scaffolding, assessments, teacher dashboards, district-wide licenses, account setup, and onboarding resources. The initial contract term is one year from the Notice of Award, with four optional one-year renewals available at the school system’s discretion.
