Inhaled Nitric Oxide

Description: The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source contract to INO Therapeutics LLC for delivery of inhaled nitric oxide for use at the Department of Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center. The notice seeks written responses from sources that can meet the technical requirements and provide convincing evidence that competition would benefit the Government without being cost- or schedule-prohibitive. The requirement includes nitric oxide, a compatible delivery device, maintenance and disposable supplies, and support services; the planned period of performance is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with four option years.
