The County is requesting proposals to prepare a Salt and Nutrient Management Plan (SNMP) for the CSA 18 Wastewater Treatment Plant. The plan is intended to reduce salt and nutrient mass loading—particularly nitrogen species—in treated effluent, support compliance with effluent limitations, and protect beneficial uses of groundwater. It is also intended to meet the expectations of the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
