Industry Day - Advanced Payload Integration Capabilities for Future Submarines

Description: Future submarines must support a wider variety of payloads than the current fleet. DSP is seeking specific technical solutions and concepts from industry to support the following areas: Logistics & operations: Onloading and offloading payloads above and below the waterline as well as logistics support of payloads underway. Launch and recovery systems for payloads during underway operations. Stowage & maintenance: Secured stowage, servicing, battery recharging, and maintenance of major payload components underway. Command, Control and Communications (C3) & ship control: Command and control of payloads and host ship during launch, recovery, and operations. Platform integration: Power, cooling, auxiliary system (e.g. hydraulics, fresh water) support, off-gassing considerations, and secure data exchange between payload and host ship systems.
