The Army Contracting Command—Redstone Arsenal is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for a 12-month sole-source bridge extension to Contract W31P4Q-23-C-0035 for Air-to-Ground Missile System (AGMS) Engineering Services supporting the Laser HELLFIRE and Joint-Air-to-Ground Missile (JAGM) systems. The contract, restricted to Lockheed Martin Corporation as the only responsible source, will be awarded on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis for 192,500 engineering service hours and on a cost-no-fee basis for associated travel.
